r\u00e9clamation<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Lorsque nous recevons une r\u00e9clamation, nous devons renseigner notre registre des r\u00e9clamations en pr\u00e9cisant : le nom du client, la date de r\u00e9ception de la r\u00e9clamation, l\u2019objet de la r\u00e9clamation, le contrat, produit ou service vise\u0301 par la r\u00e9clamation, les intervenants autres que le professionnel, les personnes vis\u00e9es par la r\u00e9clamation.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><b>Accuser r\u00e9ception de la r\u00e9clamation <\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Nous disposons de <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">2<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">0 jours a\u0300 compter de la r\u00e9ception de la r\u00e9clamation pour en accuser r\u00e9ception au client ou y r\u00e9pondre imm\u00e9diatement.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Nous devons mettre a\u0300 jour notre outil de suivi des r\u00e9clamations en indiquant la date a\u0300 laquelle nous avons accuse\u0301 r\u00e9ception de la r\u00e9clamation et veiller a\u0300 son traitement dans les d\u00e9lais impartis. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><b>R\u00e9pondre a\u0300 la r\u00e9clamation<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Nous devons tenir le client informe\u0301 du d\u00e9roulement du traitement de sa r\u00e9clamation et lui r\u00e9pondre dans un d\u00e9lai de 2 mois a\u0300 compter de la r\u00e9ception de la r\u00e9clamation.<br \/>\nSi, dans notre r\u00e9ponse apport\u00e9e a\u0300 la r\u00e9clamation, nous rejetons totalement ou partiellement la demande du client, nous devons lui indiquer les voies de recours dont il dispose.<br \/>\nLa personne qui va r\u00e9pondre a\u0300 la r\u00e9clamation doit disposer d\u2019un niveau de qualification suffisant (elle doit avoir une bonne connaissance des produits, services, contrats,\u2026) et du niveau d\u2019habilitation n\u00e9cessaire (exemple : pour la signature des courriers ou les gestes commerciaux consentis).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Nous devons mettre a\u0300 jour notre outil de suivi des r\u00e9clamations en indiquant la date et la r\u00e9ponse apport\u00e9e a\u0300 la r\u00e9clamation ainsi que les dysfonctionnements identifi\u00e9s. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><b>Performer notre pratique professionnelle <\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><a name=\"_GoBack\"><\/a> <span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">A partir des r\u00e9clamations re\u00e7ues et des dysfonctionnements, manquements ou mauvaises
